Are these shares real or the biggest?

Firstly they said shares will be available after 3 years on the Nov 2013.
The they said there website cant hold the volumes and it will open up the next week.
This periodically continued till they said 17 dec all will be available.
Then on 21 Dec around there they said next year Jan.
I call there call centre today they said FSB needs to rule now, that new, for 3 years FSB couldn't rule.
The call centre agent then said will till mid month which is next week or so.
Why say you have website problems, and now you have FSB problems.
All MTN have lost is credibility and question whether this is all real or not
