I would like to express my disappointment and the lack of service I received from the Roodepoort branch. I spoke to someone called Nandy or Mandy in December. I have been complaining about a group of owls that have invaded my house and caused damage to my thatch roof. The owls could be more than 10 and they are multiplying on a daily basis. Our thatch roof has started leaking and when it rains we have to move furniture around, which is causing strain and further damage to our property and furniture. When I enquired at the Roodepoort branch they referred me to this office number: (011) 807-6993, the lady that I spoke to told me that their office doesn't deal with wild life and I should call Eco Solutions. At Eco Solutions I spoke to Tendani and she said her office was too busy she won't be able to help me and also was told that I could be mistaking the owls for pigeons. I am NOT that stupid and I know the difference. She then said I should go back to SPCA at the Roodepoort branch, of which they informed me that they will send somebody to check, but to date NO ONE has come through. Now I feel that because I am from the township I am getting this disgusting service.
