Products not up to standards

My husband bought a VayaSmooth with a roller ball applicator. As he opened it and shook it to the ball to roll it on his ingrown hair bump, the roller ball just fell it and the content got into my eye, mouth and all over us. this clearly means that the roller ball was not inserted to standards hence it was able to fall out flying into my eye. This has caused me more expenses as I had to go to an optometrist. This is unacceptable and I wonder if their products are approved by the SABS as there isn't even a stamp. What if this causes long term damages to my eye? This is unacceptable from your products as it shows that they are not proof sealed for safety of all users.
