Horrific deal and experience

Hi, I bought a voucher on wiki deals for a spa treatment at Cassuarina Spa at the Commodore Hotel at the Waterfront. Firstly, the pictures advertised on the web is not what the spa look like at all.i had a message done and my hair was so tangled once the therapist was done. After her being in shock because of the state of my hair, she gave me a comb out of her bag as the spa didn't have. Unhygenic to say the least.once she saw how much hair was breaking off all over the floor, she came back with a window cleaner which had a small brush on the side of it? yes, they use it to clean windows! her manager Anthony said what she did was unacceptable and he will call me after I have left as he saw my hair and the window cleaner. He never got back to me, how unproffesional of the therapist and manager.i sent an complaint to wiki deals, they said the owner will call me but it's been days already, no call and no further response from wiki deals to sort it out and to stop selling these vouchers of this specific spa as they are not professional nor is the spa up to standard. I am horrified by the poor service from both wiki deals and Cassuarina spa at the commodore hotel.
