EMS promised 5-7 working days, but don't delive

My parcel EE023745682ZA to Germany was sent with EMS and left the post office on 12.12.2013. They promise 5-7 working days. The parcel was still not delivered and it has been way longer than the specified time. If I had known they don't deliver what I paid a premium for, I could have sent it with normal airmail, because that would have saved me money. In a way, this is and completely unacceptable.
EMS is SH*IT into the country and out of the country. If you want a real courier service NEVER chose EMS, chose Aramex, never had any issues or late deliveries with them.
