Wantitall
Overprised and not complient with the Consumer Act

My idea of buying online was already not so positive, Wantitall has made that feeling much stronger. This company is a total rip-off. We bought an Planes toy at R466 (the online images have no proper description) and it turns out that the same item costs R149 at ToysRUs meaning a whopping 213% higher price and surely when adding their profit close to 250%.
I will return happily the product and they have promised refund excluding postage fee of course. Seeing their negative online track record regarding refunds, if not received within 14 working days I am stepping to the press (have very good contacts) and won't refrain to take immediate legal steps which is pretty easy as well since I am a qualified attorney.
The next step will be a complaint at the DTI (Consumer Commission).
It is shocking how the Consumer Protection Act is breached and the shameless sales practice.
As said, if getting my refund within the legal terms I will leave it as it is, if not their company name will be smeared out in the media and all internet forums.
However it is simple, DO NOT DEAL EVER WITH THIS COMPANY!
