Poor service and extremely bad attitude

If anyone considers using this salon BEWARE!! If I can prevent even ONE person from going there, then in my eyes justice will be served. I requested someone experienced with cutting fine hair and was allocated Franco, who I asked to TRIM my hair as I was trying to grow it long, but he proceeded to cut my hair into thick layers in the front, and I ended up with uneven hair on one side. I returned the same day for him to fix the mess. He asked a colleague to help him who cut away at the damaged side making it even finer and she had the cheek to suggest I have extensions to fix the gaping area!! When I finally got hold of the owner Terry so that I could request a refund, she was extremely rude with severe attitude from the start. She said she'd spoken to both staff who thought my hair was perfectly fine and implied I was lying about the photo I messaged her taken one week prior to show her the drastic change in length and cut. She spoke to me disgustingly, kept speaking over me and wouldn't listen, reason or believe me. What a HORRIBLE person, lacking in tact and professionalism! She cut my call, I wasn't refunded and had to go to Jeauval to fix the damage, who were shocked at the cut
