The list of grievances I emailed on 5/12/2012. The umbrella's cost me R12000 about a year ago & the quality is so incredibly bad. To recap my horrifc experience with Woodline 1.Robert ordered and delivered the WRONG size umbrellas 2. Printing was on the wrong side of the canvas 3. We had to wait a while for these to be sorted out 4. When the right ones were eventually delivered, the print colour of the flowers was "muddy" 5. I had to deal with Oscar as I couldn't deal with Robert. Oscar then left & I had to deal with Sandy. Sandy then left & I am now dealing with a 4th person. 6. I am now being charged for repair of a shocking quality canvas which won't be fixed until I pay upfront. What upsets me the most is that Woodlines contact details are on every one of the poles that the umbrellas are attached to, in a prominent position which means I am obviously "willing" to endorse your product in my shop. My umbrella arm is now broken & I am being quoted R500 to get it fixed, plus my canvasses are all tearing. Collection/delivery fees also charged. I have received no response from Woodline other than I need to send a photo, which I did. I'm still waiting for a response from Woodline...
