I ordered gifts on their Xmas promotion on the 18th November (with a delivery time quoted of 7-15 working days). Still waiting & they do not answer their call centre phones. Emailed their enquiries department (a really poor service provider named "Don") who generally replies to emails promptly (as long as they are not on week-ends or after 2 pm on a Friday afternoon), but his replies are generic nonsense that do not answer your specific questions or get you any closer to a solution. An example being that I emailed him 5 times over an 8 hour period yesterday saying that No one was answering their call centre number and I needed to speak to someone urgently. He replied to 3 of my mails, saying I should not hesitate to email him if I had any further queries. I kept responding that I did have a query - I wanted someone to call me urgently (even offered to pay for a return call), to which he finally replied that he could not call me as he was not in the JHB office! I said it didn't need to be him that called (although surely he has a cellphone?), but it's now 24 hours later and they are still not answering and no one has returned my call. With Xmas next week & no gifts it's urgent!
