I called the toll free number on my Sunshine D Lite margarine tub, which went mouldy before the expiry date. I called Willowton Group to report that the margarine had gone mouldy and was assured by the receptionist, who took down all my details, that someone would be in touch with me in this regard. After calling a second time, because there had been no phone call, I was told that they tried to call me, but I wasn't in. I do, however, have an answer phone, so why not leave a message? Eventually a lady called and took the trouble to take all the product details, but I was told a gentleman would call me back for more info. I am still waiting for that call, 2 weeks later!
Looks like I won't be compensated for my inferior quality products!
I am shocked at the poor customer service given by this manufacturer. I will never purchase their brands again.
