HUGGIES DRY COMFORT - LEAKS/INK LEAVES MARKS

I bought a pack of Huggies Dry Comfort for my son (size 5's, jumbo pack) and they are staining his skin blue/green! The dye in the print on the nappies isn't waterproof and the dye leaves blue marks on either sides of his legs and on his clothes! The nappy also don't lock in the wetness as it use to do and the urine drips from the nappy when you take it off (and is not that I don't change my son enough every two hours I change his nappy) I have been using Huggies since the birth of my son and I never had this problem. This is the first time I'm having problem with this in almost two years that I have been using Huggies. I bought the jumbo pack and cant use it because of this problem. I tried to get a customer care line number or e-mail address to contact Huggies but with no success.
