Mislead me about my wedding cake

Charly's mislead me about a consultation on my wedding cake - I tried to book a consultation 5 months ahead of time and was given endless stories, excuses and vague promises. Now, with 8 weeks to go they inform me that they don't have the time to do the consultation! Unprofessional at the very least. I will tell my story to everyone and it has aleady beem shared on Facebook.
