Rude, unprofessional driving teache

Chooks cancelled every driving lesson that was made. She made mundane excuses that we had not confirmed bookings (which we have on BBM confirmed), she claimed that she did not have the address details (they were sent to her on BBM and I personally gave them to her telephonically). She is extremely rude and unprofessional on the telephone. She dropped my call twice when I called to ask why she had not collected my daughter for her lesson. I have all the bbm correspondence with her regarding the address and times on record. I refuse to conduct business with someone as unethical and rude as this person.

Please be very carefully when considering an association with this company and especially with Chooks.
