Website reverts back to login all the time

Every time I try to verify my account on the website it goes back to the start. Then after 5 to eight attempts it will take me to a screen that requires me to accept the terms and conditions which I check the box. Then it asks for personal details. I load it all and enter the verification code (which will also not refresh if you can not read the thing) and hit enter. then I go back to the log in screen. What a website, you want us to comply with your etolls and I can not do a simple registration on line.

Not a good start after all. Who did the testing of this site because they should be fired for making such a mess of the most important aspect of the whole site (being able to log in)
