2 mnths now, no promised sign up gift and newspape

Totally annoyed by City Press Newspaper now. They called me for a subscription 2/3 months ago and promised some free gift and discounted monthly subscriptions. I signed up 'cos this seemed like a good deal and mainly because of the gift 'cos I can easily buy the newspaper anywhere. I have absolutely never received any paper but they keep debiting my account. I called last month and they told me they will sort it out and I still haaven't received anything. So now I'm paying the subscription and not getting anything and at the same time going to the shop sundays to buy it cash. I've tried calling today and the person I spoke to says he can't help me 'cos my cell number is not appearing in their system, so now does that mean I must keep paying for something I'm not getting 'cos my number doesn't appear in their system> Totally annoyed
