Pay and no Delivery

I recently had a Lapa constructed at my home. My insurance company requires that the Thatch be fire proofed. I contacted a company called Micon Coatings trading as Thatchsayfe. A guy by the name of Darren responded and gave me a contact number for an agent of his working out of KZN . THIS gentleman called Dermot Leslie came through did the job, got paid in full (many thousands of Rands) )and failed to give me my certificate which I needed for insurance purposes.

There was the issue that his email wasn't working. I have contacted Dermot on several occasions with no joy and have gone to the source Darren from Micon Coatings trading as Thatchsayfe with no response.

This leaves me wondering if i have been?
