Can the in the Postal service please be apprehended that keep opening my parcels from the Ukraine
to the chocolates out. It happened twice now. The last time the customs sticker was neatly cut open to access the items. This is proof enough that it is happening in South Africa. After complaining I was told that the sender (who only speaks Russian) must follow it up from their side. What nonsense is this? It cost a lot of hard earned money for them to send the parcel from a country where respect towards others and their belongings still exists. It obviously does not exixt here anymore...
