THEY NEED SOME TRAINING IN SERVICE!

Went for lunch with my friend at centurion mall lunch time, though lets get a nice drink at Cinnabon, well will never make that mistake. We order some new fruity drink with cream, then we get it there is no cream I asked where is the cream " o no we don't have any" I asked why she did not inform me before I bought it and she just lift up her arm "I don't know" and say something in her own language. I mean is this what client service has come down to only get half of the product you pay for? I provide a service as well and would be ashamed to have you Thuli as my employee no wonders you make drink for a life hey. Good luck with you future employment cause you are going to have a difficult life with that attitude except if you go work for the Gov you have the right attitude to get far there, I know I have worked there.
