Conditions of the test/practice grounds

Hi

I have a signed up for lessons with a driving school called CK's driving school in Durban. Their practice ground (behind UNISA), I found it very shocking. The practice ground for the place is not even safe when I look at it. The whole place is graves, not level and full of potholes. It is extremely bad to say the least, and with the rain, it look horrible. I am sure I am going to struggle to receive my refund back from them since I have already signed up, thus think it would be worthwhile to try and get the owners to maybe pay attention to the place.

Can you please help me with a relevant people/organisation I can get in touch with for them to attend to such appalling service that is provided by this driving school. I am going to try and go cancel my contract with them, but I am sure it is going to be a major struggle to get my money back, even through I have not even officially started with them.

Please assist.
