I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Credit Clear called me and told me the entire pitch and i was interested. I gave the go ahead before i did some research. I then found that a person has to pay a company a fee BEFORE anything gets done and i realised that too late. However, i called back a couple of days later and told them in September 2013 that they must please cancel my application. Sima Booi was the person that i spoke to.

On the 25th of October R799 was deducted off my account by Credit Clear. Now tell me... am i wrong in saying that that is. They took the money off my account without my authorisation. These people need to be exposed to a higher authority because they will just keep doing it.

I scanned and emailed my bank statements to Sima as proof. On the 15th i emailed Sima and she said that my refund was authorised and the money will reflect in my account that evening. It is now the 19th and i am still waiting for authorization and proof of payment.

This is ridiculous. I asked to speak to a Director and got told that they dont liase with clients. I well know exactly why they dont liase with clients, its because they are money from us.
