Paid for zero service

A sales person called Heinrick from Cursu sold a program to me to be used for investments. He told me I would receive daily sms's to tell me exactly where the investment opportunities are and what to do so I could get a guaranteed 40% growth on my (virtual) money. I would also get a weekly newsletter (SENS). He also then said if at any time I am not happy with how things are going I could cancel everything and I would be refunded in full as long as I do so within 6 months...

A month later and I have not heard a word from them but they phone me two or three times a week to ask me if I would like to sign up again. I phoned them to get everything canceled but they just say they will get back to me but never do.

I then stopped and reversed the debit order and surprise, surprise... I hear from them!
Now it is a fight to get my money (R5950-) back as I feel I paid for something but got nothing in return.

The bottom line is, please don't be caught like me. STAY AWAY!!!
