UNAUTHORISED DEBITS TO MY ACCOUNT

I recently noticed that an amount of R 799 was being debited off my account EVERY month. I am NOT a wealthy man and I would like to know how I can get this stopped.

CREDIT CLEAR has NOT, I repeat, NOT been authorised to take these funds from my account.
