USELESS USELESS USELESS SERVICE!!!

I cannot understand that a business is run in this way and still manages to stay open. I have tried numerous times phoning all the numbers just to find out where a package of mine is that should have been delivered to me on the 25th of October already. Instead it is being kept back since then for reasons unknown. Trying to get hold of anyone at the so called post office, the customer care line or track and trace seems non existent. I kept on the line for times up to ten minutes, where you either just get the same message, thank you for your patience, all the agents are busy... like always... the other numbers obviously proves worse, because they are not even answered at all, the phone just rings endlessly. Are there actually anyone working and are these matter addressed as customer quality problems or does no one simply care?
