We phoned and asked for a quote, we we're told they need to send someone out to come and look at the door. This was done the same day. We were then informed that they need to take the parts with, in order to do a quote.

We asked if there would be any charges, and we we're informed that there would be none. When we asked for our parts to be returned, because the quote was ridiculous, they refused until we pay the call out fee and labor?? They have still not returned our parts, and refuse to do so, until the call out fee and labor has been paid.

If we had be informed of these charges, we would have gladly paid. But Tilly Macmill are unprofessional, and a bunch of and liars. If you use them, don't ever let them trick you into taking the parts to do a "quote"

Absolutely shocking that people do business this way and get away with it!
