Damaged pack of Huggies Gold for Boys bought

I have been using Huggies Gold for the past ten years as I have a disabled boy that is permanently in diapers. They were perfect until the new product for boys/girls came out. It is leaking and the fasteners is hard and hurting. To top it all I bought a box on Friday where the first five diapers right hand fasteners were all loose. I did not even try the rest as I assume the whole box is like that. I am so frustrated as this is one of the more expensive nappies on the market and much more is expected from Huggies Gold.
