No repronse from customer service - Being fed

I have been trying to get hold of somebody at that knows what they are talking about and calling service centres, the phone just rings and if somebody answers they eat and talk to you. So you can barely hear what they are saying because they have a mouth that is full of food.

I am trying to find out what the story is around my parcel, if they need proof of payment or any info they need just to tell me and I will supply the information.
