I have delivered my carpet at GALATA in Brooklyn to be cleaned on23 September 2013.

On the invoice 8138 it indicates? 7 days for return.

It is now 1 month later (25 Oct 2013) and I have still not received my carpet.

I made numerous calls to your company and received many different stories.
