I sent Experience my evidence to update my credit profile, as it does not reflect the true status quo of my accounts. I called the call centre and it just rings and hang up. Now i am not sure what I should do or if I will ever be assisted. I need my credit profile corrected and also my credit rating improved or changed because it is not true. Since I cannot even get hold to anyone, no one is responding to my email, I am at a dead end. It is amazing that one gets the credit report so fast and when corrections need to be made, no one is there to help you. Shocking...
