I've made a booking for a driving lesson a couple days ago, with receiving confirmation of the lesson being booked. The day arrived for my lesson after having waited an hour, phoned and found out are they stuck or lost what could it be? only to find a confused person on the other end, the gentlemen responded well mam let me phone your instructor and find out, I will phone you back.
20min went by with no phone call being returned so I phoned again. the man on the other end of the line being very confused still said well mam the instructor said he phoned you. well he because no-one had gotten back to me.
call ended with the problem still not being resolved.
15min later the instructor phones me to tell me there must be some miscommunication but his in Hout Bay at the moment (which is far from me). could we reschedule, well no because now I am late for work. after giving him my response to being unhappy about all this, he replies saying OKAY.
#note to self - GET OUT OF THE SERVICE INDUSTRY IF YOUR UNABLE TO PROVIDE A SERVICE!!!
