I have a problem with STS, did not even know this company exist. I phone MTN as this is the first time I'm using my MTN sim after months only to find out that my money disappeared. MTN advised me that a company called Smartcall Technology Solutions has been deducting over R800.00 from my phone. I never subscribe to these. I just want my money back and I want it back as soon as possible!!! I'm not a customer of STS.
