Bad attitude

I stay in lavender close and I hardly receive my billings, the only thing i receive is an sms telling me of the cut of electricity if I don't pay by the 15th, you try calling the call center its filled by people who are rude when you ask about the monthly statements. I just hope the complex I stay terminate the service with this IMPACT.
