Billing me after i cancelled

I have cancelled this like 3 times but am stilling getting billed. I haven't even filled in all my details properly but you keep billing.

I have asked to stop this as my domestic worker has left the country but still I keep getting billed.

Its disgraceful how quick you are to take the money but you cant even assist when I email or call.

Please remove me from your database completely.
