Registration & Bond Transfe

Dykes Van Heerden Inc. was apponted by the bank and the owner to do the transfer and bond registration. Last week the owner of the property Mitchan Adams notified me that i dont have to pay occupational rent for September as the Transfer will be done by Monday 01 October 2013.This morning he sent me another message saying he has bad news for me, the lawyers did not make the cut of date, and that everything has to be re-submitted. And in another message he said can i deposit the rent into his account, Unfortunatley he told me last week that i dont have to pay rent and i spent my money by paying all my accounts so when the bond is registered i dont have any other debt. Mitchan said he was mislead by Zibbie & Leonie they said they never missed a deadline, and that the transfer will happen by by this week. I also called Dykes Van heerden this morning explaining my story to then. Where will i get the money now after being told not to pay??? Now another 2 -3 week waiting period until the property is registered. What to do from here as it was not my fault neither the owners fault but rather the empolyees from Dykes Van Heerden Zibbie & Leonie. How about them paying the owner???
