I am pleased to report that The Hemptons did replace the missing parcel. The parcel that was lost to begin with was then also recovered and delivered to me. When I offered to pay for the replaced product, Amelia at The Hemptons said that I should accept the replacement as reparation for the problems that I experienced to begin with.
