Firstly very helpful on the phone regarding the possible things that could be wrong with my puppy, guiding me exactly in what to look out for till and when I get to the clinic. Explaining costs upfront willingly. Prompt feedback daily on my pet whilst having to stay there. Very clean facility. Very professional & honest. Fees are very affordable and absolutely reasonable. Would never ever visit another clinic again. The bar has now been set too high. Thank you very much. Such service in today's time just catches one by surprise. Thank you.
