Loans with fees payable upfront or salary date

I applied for a loan with Angel Loans- You basically have to information out of them before getting feedback.
I had to pay R420 per application (debt consolidation loan and personal loan) = R840 upon preapproval.
Now I was preapproved for both and instead of waiting for Debit order to go over, paid it directly into their bank account (Capitec), and as far as I am concerned, when depositing directly, it shows reflects immediately.
Now I also had to send them proof of payment which I did on Friday morning shortly after 9am. I was then told after running after them for the 10th time that they have not received notification of my payment from their side even though I sent proof of payment to them.
It is now Tuesday morning, after 2 emails still no reply. I think this is a, they even advertise on Gumtree. Now the last I heard was yesterday after 1pm that they apologize and they have now sent my application through for validations. Was also told it takes 4 - 6 hours but yet nothing.
I want my money back if this is a hoax. People don't have money to chuck around when applying for a loan.
Also the attitude you receive is ridiculous.
