Bad bad service

I did an online, gift delivery for my husband for our anniversary. After The little box promised me same day delivery providing the order and payment was done before 10h00. I placed the order and payment at 8h15 and phoned them to confirm my order. They confirm the order and that they will process the order. My husband never received the parcel. This was a huge disappointment.
