Huggies Blue Make me Blue :(

I am sorry to complain about this product as I have been happy with my Huggies up until now, my son is in size 4 Huggies Gold, Blue, the new line designed for boys or girls. I bought my first packet with no hassles but the last pack I bought, the Left toggle which secures the diaper to baby, keeps coming off. I am not sure if a batch of these diapers have been through a dodgy run, and not been glued correctly but this toggle literally just falls off of the nappy? Sadly, and costly I have had to dispose of 70% of the pack, as the diaper simply does not secure to my baby. I tried to email through Huggies website but I was unable to, as the email page kept coming up with errors. Its a pity because I do love the quality of these nappies otherwise, please advise if this has been simply a bad run, as I am not prepared to buy anymore...??
