Deposit not refunded to date

I started applying for finances in order to acquire a citi golf on sale from them. Submitted all the papers and they told me my application was approved, i just needed to pay a R10, 000 deposit to secure the deal. The money being paid, (instant payment) I thought that would be it. Then they told me the bank still needed some bank statements which I provided after a period of three months. Still the finances were not processed, I eventually decided to get my money back seeing that they were wasting my time.

It's been two months since I requested my money back, Two months they have been avoiding my calls and two months since they have been promising to pay my money back, something they never did to date. To me, they are and dishonest people!
