Exotic Aquariums
DEAD STARFISH SOLD

I went to Exotic aquariums on Saturday 26 January and purchase a red starfish and 3 other fish from Yolandi at Exocit aquariums. I was a bit worried about the starfish when I got home as it had not moved in the bag since Yolandi caught it for me. But I was not to concerned because why would somebody sell a person a dead starfish. Upon turning the light on on Sunday morning I discovered that the starfish had still not moved so I continued to remove it from my tank. It had already started to decompose. I went back to Exotic aquariums to purchase water and products for an emergency water change and when I confronted Yolandi I was greeted with an extremely bad attitude. She looked at me as if to say stuff you lady, what do you want me to do about it. Not so much as an apology. Pathetic, I will NEVER shot at Exotic aquariums again and will never recommend anybody to shop there either. The service is appalling, it is not my first bad experience, but it will be my last bad experience there.
