TAKING MONEY FROM ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONSENT!

I registered for a one month trial period on the site, paying with my credit card. At the end of the month I did not wish to continue with the site and without any consultation, R1494 was taken from my account WITHOUT PERMISSION. I have contacted them for a few weeks and was initially told they were looking into (I was asked to send the reference from my account which I did), but the last email (since) just told me how to get the most use out of the site - a generic email.

I have asked for proper replies and when I will be refunded. I have no answer on this nor ANY indication of actually being refunded.

BE CAREFUL this company takes money from your account without persmission!!

I have informed my bank, and spoken to laywers. They do not seem to care.
