They have debited my account for a "membership fee" that was not specified when claiming the prize. The membership sign-up is cleverly disguised as an "identification form" that is required to be filled out - Because we have a one gift per household policy, you must confirm your identity by sending the following documentation as proof - in order to to claim your winnings. STAY AWAY from this company. I wish to have a full refund for both the prize and my supposed membership fee. I am a single mother that is now up creek until payday because they debited my account R540.88.
