Lazer or sandblasting on specticals

Had spectacles made at specs4u after receiving it i note std flashes on the side of my glasses i looked and saw numbered engraving or sand blasting on the corners and at the bridge of my nose when i took it back i was told it should be like that and that i would have to get used to it how can i get used to something i know is there and irritates me especially at a certain angle iamb not young and need not get used to something at my age none of my previous glasses had on and then to tell me i have to get used to it.
