Verbal abuse of staff

I recently visited the Mooiberge Farm Stall near Stellenbosch. While I was browsing the shop, the owner (man) came in and verbally abused the staff working at the counter, loudly in Afrikaans and he continued doing it as he walked through the shop to a back door. This created a bad atmosphere in the shop and to great embarrassment of the staff. Such unpleasantness is uncalled for and there is proper ways in dealing with staff away from the public eye and ears. There is also no place for such abuse in the new SA. I truly will think twice before I visit the shop again and when I must recommend people to visit it.
