Dubious Billing Error Service Excellence

I had the unfortunate experience of having an account just not correlate; from an average of R1200 (600 units in 28days), it spiked to R2000 (906 units in 35 days) for no apparent reason. The period also included a minor R0.08 cent rate change.

Whilst my issue was not resolved per say (I failed to bring it up in the correct time frames), the Credit Manager's willingness to help me get to the bottom of the matter deserves acknowledgement.

I can't say I'm any happier about the resolution but I am certainly impressed with Francois' awesomeness.
