Smartcall technologies from my account.
I did not request their service nor did i authorise the company to deduct 60% of the pay as you go airtime i purchased. They have R135 of unauthorised deductions of R15 on january 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 15, 16, 23, 24 .This is outright.
I do not have a smartphone capable of viewing photos or internet access and so would never have requested their services. These deductions are a contravention of my rights as a consumer and directly in contravention of the consumer protection act.
I demand the total sum of R135 be refunded immediately to my number and that they immediately and permanently remove my number from their database
