Gold Capital - Refusing to pay outstanding monies

Company refuses to pay outstanding contract amount due by them. Dont accept calls and are not interested in resolving this matter at all. After numerous calles, driving out there at my expence, emails, and meetings I am still left an outstanding amount of R1000 since June 2013.
