DETAINNED PARCEL WITH NO REASON

Hi, My international Parcel from Hong Kong was shipped to SA JHB on the 19th August and apperantly detained on the 22nd, I called the Call Center and I was give the 011 961 6080 number and was told Anna and Sbu are the Supervisors but no one answers the call until it cuts you off, I called again today, the consultant gave me the 011 961 6000/6200 . These people are sooo unprofessional, The consultants aren't helpful airther coz they give a number whish isn't attended tooo, like really this is baaaaaad service. South Africa Haaaibo!
I'm really disappointed You don't even respond to mails there, Not Pleased at all. tracking number is RI272468323ZA
