Disgusted finding insect in cake

I have purchased confectionery from a leading supermarket in chatsworth for a function at home, to my surprise when I sliced the cakes there was bees in the cake. Following which I when to the store laid a complaint and got the suppliers number. BEST BREADS IN PINETOWN I HAVE SPOKEN TO PERU A SO CALLED REP HE HAS TAKEN MY COMPLAINT AS NOTHING CRUCIAL AND SAYS HES TAKEN STRICTER MEASUSRES IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN..no reputable company handles a complaint in that manner and then asks if he can give me 4 snowballs to make up for the embarrassment for the function. Its not about the money spent its the principle of the matter... going to let the health inspectors visit their site because im shocked at how the matter was handled
