Entire deposit taken out of my account

Eal time marketing debited an tire amount for the deposit of a travel timeshare in the amount of R 3478.00 from my credit card. at nop stage did i authorise this, i was told by the sales consultant a monlty budget debit of R 60 per month would be debited from my account, however, real time marketing! when i queried if the deduction was a straight or budget before signing, rishi insisted this was a budget installment on my credit card... i cancelled my contract with real time the next day, 27 july 2013, however, i took them a WEEK to send me the paperwork to sign, furthermre, i had to return a silly folder or pay an amount of R1000 or so! i managed to return the folder, but was told i would onky get my money in the middle of september! this is all not my fault! i would never authorise a huge debit of R3478.00 out of my account! how do i pay my rent or feed my children! i DEMND MY REFUND IMMEDIALTY REAL TIEM MARKETING! U ARE LIARS AND POOR PEOPLES MONEY!
